I'd like 仲裁人 (Arbitres in japanese) to be put in white writing. I'd like a cropped signature of this with a simple blue and white border. The size being AS safe and medium-sized.

I'm sorry about the image but it's danbooru, which is a restrictive site that requires a registry. It's also NSFW/Not Safe For Work. So I'm sorry if this is bothersome.

I'd appreciate two versions, but that is optional.
