This is based on a 4koma right? This is my first time watching a series like this. Humour is kinda hard to get used to, but funny nonetheless

Same here. Gohands has sure talented people.

ED is really pleasant and specially the visual part. It's directed by Koichi Kikuta, he also did animation supervision, storyboard, some key animation and this ED reminds me a lot one of his previous work.

This season gets better day by day. The first episode was awesome. I especially loved the comedy and animation quality.

What was that anyway? She drew something on top of the box but it was blurred out?? Didn't get it.

Let's just say the pixels were blurred because it's something that's always blurred in Japan.

Not really sure... but from the way the pres was saying "Don't stare at it" (all shy wiggly movements)...
And the blur was a circle/ diamond shape with another circle in the center... and while at it there's the "coin/ letter opening" (for putting paper in) long oval shape...

Now... combine that and what do you picture?... LOL... and with
the other girl (brown hair) saying "Really? I want to ---"

LOL...

Anyways... I forgot to comment on the Seitokai no Ichizon comparison...
Seitokai no Ichizon is basically parody comedy.
while
Seitokai Yakuidomo is sexual preference comedy.

... and she probably used herself as a model, hence the shy wiggling and blushing.

Yeah, that girl desperately wants to level up past "sex ed classes" - she's bursting with thoughts.

The humor is pretty great but too much scene jumping and not enough character development. They essentially show us the characters and just constantly do joke after joke with no development or break inbetween.

So it's doing exactly what it intended to do? The jokes are the lifeblood of the series here.

It's like trying to watch Family Guy but without the small bits of plot inbetween. The scene transitions are too sudden and definitely too numerous.

Rapid-fire humor is not Family Guy-like at all. If anything, FG has the exact opposite thing going on.

This is quite refreshing from his previous works: Idol no Akahon, Hamanaka Ai, and Imouto wa Shishunki. The intensity of the sexual jokes has been toned down noticeably, believe it or not... The author has implemented minor romance elements to it, as well; for that, it deserves major accolades. And I see that he finally included a loli character... Yes, the author knows to well that lolis are full of win.

I don't think the anime will divert greatly from the manga... So don't even bother looking for character development, as it is virtually non-existent.

What I meant by FG is that the show just suddenly goes into a joke and the scene transitions leave something to be desired. The thing that FG has working for it as compared to this show is that there is stuff inbetween the joke transitions. A better comparison would be Robot Chicken which does sudden transitions and rapid fire jokes but it works better because you're already familiar with the characters and the jokes are mostly parodies.
