From what I understand of the trailers and what I've read so far.

It's a music game, but there's also little speechy bits inside the clubroom which you can customise. Kind of like Miku room was, but more in depth.

Cool...so this is like Sega's P.D. 3 for K-ON!!

I already have P.D 1 and 2...and my waiting-to-be-released games (Yugioh Tag Force 5 and Patapon 3) are still scheduled in around November (Y_Y) so if I'm right...it'll be released around this month or so right?

Yup! It's even developed by the same team who did Project Diva too I think.

This is released September 29th as far as I'm aware.

Best way to sum it up really. Both are rhythm games, though Houkago Live features a mini game where you interact with the characters, as you'll see in the recent trailers.

I ordered it from japan, my first purchase from Asia :O

first PSP game ive bought since Star Wars Battlefront 2.

Also where would i buy a new "analog stick" cover? Mine fell off and was lost.

I'm guessing since it's a music game, you probably won't need an analog stick. :P

Already preordered this game but I picked up the first Project Diva game earlier this month to get some practice in since I haven't played any rhythm games for years. After this game I'll pick up Project Diva 2 but I am very surprised that Sega did not make a limited edition for this one as well as PD2. That would have definitely squeezed out more money from people but instead they give us a little keychain for PD2 and stickers for K-ON preorders. I guess if you buy the accessory packs then you kinda have a limited edition though.

Best way to practice for this game is PD2...not 1!

Besides...the only difference is that fact that there's a possibility of having holding up while pressing circle, then square...that'll be awesome!

I wonder if there will be an Extreme Mode as well...
