Getting kind of tired of Ushio on my lappy desktop, but finding good 16:9 wallpapers is still difficult.

Trying to find a good 16:9 wallpaper of her for my desktop, but not having much luck.

Found a good 4:3 one, except there's some really awkward text that messes everything up. Fortunately it appears to be easy to edit out.

Don't see any easy way of modding the WP to 16:9 though.

I'd look at it but my internets suck so hard right now Minitokyo won't even load. I can't browse Konachan and AIM keeps disconnecting... sigh.

I really hate relying on public wifi.

Kau, the one on the bottom with the white hair, from Togainu no Chi. He is one of the cosplay choices for Manifest 2011.

Personally, I'd do that cosplay (even though Kau is a dog...so? It means I get lead on a leash all day

).

The character itself is blind and mute, meaning that there is a significant risk of injury or even getting lost if the lead is given to someone else. I've already thought of wearing a placard with specific instructions on how I'm meant to be used (yes...used) and communicating via rudimentary sign language (IE, rubbing tummy = hungry).

I keep a clean desktop. It's a temporary workspace for when I'm manipulating files, but I typically clean it off after I'm done. I use keyboard shortcuts for practically everything, anyway, so technically I barely even need a desktop or taskbar at all.

i hid all my icons on the desktop
i use the win 7 search function all the time

I barely ever look at my desktop anymore. This one just happened to come on my desktop this morning
