Well, I don`t find this surprising since the manga doesn`t seem to be well-known...

And the second PV. Ika`s voice isn`t exactly how I imagined, I don`t know, in manga I imagined more impact... I mean, you want to take over the world, sound a bit more something than cute! But yeah, on the other hand I don`t want to base everything on those 15 seconds XD

I won't accept anything other than being cute. That's what Ika is.

Now don`t get me wrong, I fully accept Ika`s cuteness and can`t imagine being it the other way.

It`s just the voice didn`t fit with me on the first listen. But well, I guess I`ll come to like it later anyway...

Kurumi, as in Erika. And Ika and her have a very similar color scheme. This is something that has not gone unnoticed on pixiv.

It looks like this is supposed to air on TV Tokyo an hour from now according to Anime Calendar, but don't see it listed in the upcoming anime for this week on Crunchyroll...wonder if they're stretching the definition of "simulcast" again...

They're streaming it on Saturday. There is a network that airs it on that day, it's just not the first airing.

Forget trying to take on every single human on the planet by yourself, Ika. You're no match for the power Chizuru. Who you should not make angry. A pretty nice first episode and it seems to retain the charm of the manga for the most part. It helps that Ika proves that squid girls can be sexy.
