Cuz when I look at it, and click it, it doesn't fit to screen, it just goes "tiny" then "HUUUGE".

I just want one where I can see it comfortably on my screen without needing to resort to hooking up 4 computer monitors together.

May I suggest IrfanView? Pretty much the best image viewer I've ever used, and it has lots of convenient features, including a hotkey for toggling Fit to Desktop. Also, it has many options for resizing, even batch resizing.

Also, I think Firefox -and probably other decent browsers as well- also have an option somewhere to fit big images to the window.

I use FireFox, it does make it so that it fits to window...

At 6% it's full size. And if I wanna see details FWOOM! Full size and I see nothing.

I save images to my computer and image viewer automatically fits it to my screen, then I can zoom in as a wish.

Though generally I wait for scans to appear on Danbooru or ore.imouto and save the sample versions. Danbooru gives the best resizes for vertically tall images while ore.imouto gives the best resizes for horizontally long images.

It seems Danbooru just recently got that picture too, and IIRC they have a "sample size" version for large pics. But if you want smaller pics, can't you just resize 'em with Microsoft Paint or something?

I found a site with a lot of anime themes, including at least 4 Nanoha ones. One is Nanoha only, Fate only, Hayate, and then a kind of mix with emphasis on the Wolkenritter.

Edit: I should note that it looks like these are mainly for XP, but might work in Vista or Win7, I don't know (I stick with XP). But in order to use the different visual styles (the images that appear in your folders and on your start menu), you need to patch your system to allow use of third party visual styles. You can find the file you need to do that here:
