I remember watching this in Speech class while we were learning miscommunication! Was the funniest video I have watched especially the World of Warcraft version of it.

Was that supposed to be funny? Cause I all I saw was two guys going on-and-on about baseball positions.

Guess it just doesn't suit my sense of humor.

The first base was named who, second named what and third named I don't know, but the other guy just wouldn't get it and that's how it all starts

Spoiler for Video:
I remember this from awhile ago.. But I saw its alter ego "Americans are Dumb" where it showed a newspaper man asking questions to random people. Something like "Do you know who the 1st president of the United States was?" and they din't know.

It makes me think all those people are paid actors, or people they told before hand.

Kinda late for me to find it funny, but I understand now.

Don't have to be. Sometimes the trick to a clever trick, is that there is none there; you just think there is because you don't consider the obvious and are provided a carret on the stick ("X are stupid, because of Y") and thus you don't think about at all, and just accept it (you could say it is similar to politics "if it sounds good, it must be good"). Those could have been 10 in 1000. Those could have been simply a small set of questions people answered wrong often. Those could have been people who were trying to be funny and intentionally answering them that way. It's not hard to edit any good answers out for dramatic effect either. And finally, those questions were asked on the street!

I've seen similar videos of different countries; even if they were legit, all they prove is that there are stupid people everywhere, not that X are stupid. Here's the German version:

Morecambe and Wise were one of the best British double acts in comedy, and when they had Andre Previn on their show to conduct a performance of "Grieg's Piano Concerto", it was going to be a televisual spectacular. But Eric Morecambe (the chap with the glasses) ruins it as usual, much to "Andrew Preview's" horror. Ernie Wise is oblivious to the carnage as always...
