That makes complete sense, you forgot someone mentally, but inside your emotions you can never forget the person you liked/loved. So he cried, but dint know why. Nice indication here Game8910

Your explaination are spot-on. Thanks for correcting my mistake. After he was given back the bracelet, Yukio did witness flashback of he and Junko holding hand. Still, as Game8910
explained, he could not understand why it did happen. Pity.

I'm not a novel reader (Well, honestly speaking I am, but not past VII) and I know the second season was horribly adapted, but...

Do I take Yuuji just... well, dissapeared in front of Shana after the end of the second season? No explanations, nothing?

Anyone know the song at the very end? Where Junko fades out of existence, the piano song that was playing. I cant find it anywhere.

the Junko story is nice and touching, Shana did change a bit by saying goodbye to Yukio

and the ending seems to hint a new season

There still might be some changes because of the Anime Original plot they brought in Season 2 (Statue of Pride) and might change "some" things during the adaption from the novel so that it fits with the Anime Original that they made.
