Is it me, or do all the specials have invincibility at the start up?

it seems there are 1-2 invincibility frames while doing the specials. Nothing exactly new in 2D fighting games.

Of course it isn't, however if all of them have invincibility frames at the begining, then this would probably mean all specials are safe. In the recent vid, Kanon used a dash attack on Battler, went through him, and ate a Special. Unless Kanon's attack is that fast that it ends in a few frames, we're looking at Specials having amazing priority.

Another interesting point:
If your character is stunned, not only you cannot switch, but the Change Gauge is completely depleted and locked for few seconds. That really makes Ange's ability even more potent.

Virgilia's Brimful: fills the SP bar over time
Ronove's CounterBoost: counters deal more damage The only unknown ability left is Eva's Berserk. I assume it will be something like HP drain for a boost, or damage taken and dealt increased.

They'd probably have a mechanic that a character will fall when stunned. Then you probably can't stun someone within a combo that had the recipient starting from a stun.

the question marks tombs could be just random selection slot, but then again they are numbered.
There is a strange enumeration system, it seems to work like a clock, except it goes up to XIII. One of the tombs doesn't have a number, just a cross symbol, what could that mean? Why "adversaires"? Another typo or they wanted it to be in French for some reasons, despite the rest of the menu being in English?

Edit: On closer inspection, the cursor skips over BOTH of the central spots, so it seems unlikely for it to be Random Select. Weird. |
