Looks like Kalafina is going to sing the OP. The title is Magia.
The single will went on sale on February 16, 2011. Limited edition will include a DVD.

Source is pretty uncertain at this point, but the poster said he got it from Shinseido.
(That means Sony Music Entertainment will be the one producing music.)

Kalafina? Brilliant, but I wonder what kind of song they will sing. With their usual stuffs, I don't think it will fit with Mahou Shoujo themed pink-cute-sparkling animation. But, hey, we already heave Butch Gen in play so it doesn't really matter to add on more chaos, right?

I think Sora no wo to had a pretty 'cute' tone in their OP which was done by Kalafina... They don't always do Gothic theme song you know

She has composed cutesy music before. Check "The Velveteen Rabbit" OST.

Also, Ali Project great. Just listen to their non-anime music.
