Which anime have the best soundtracks?

Before I would have put it down as One Piece as my favorite but then Fairy Tail came along and I went with that but now, now I have to say chalk up another vote for Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt.
My tastes in music is simply I like what I like but for the most part I generally lean towards certain stuff I like more and tbh PSG's OST wouldn't norammly be something I like but hell they do a awesome job making me love it!

Death Note, Shakugan No Shana and Code Geass - their respective soundtracks are not only a nice listen but also did d*mn great jobs in enchancing their animes - especially Death Note imo.
My No 1 fav tracks are:

Shakugan No Shana - (don't know yet, just began rewatching it - will update later)

Trust me, the Umineko anime is nothing when compared to the original sound novels. In fact, I hated how they used the soundtrack in the anime. Moments that were supposed to be epic lost a lot of impact because of that.
