Here's the gist of the plot:

Immediately taking place in the timeline from the movie version of Disappearance, Kyon finishes the North High Cultural Festival. Accordingly, he waits for two members of another school: Haruhi and Koizumi, the normal senior Mikuru, and the shy literary club member Yuki Nagato.

The player takes control of Kyon, the remaining existance of the SOS Brigade. Will you enjoy another North High cultural festival? Or will you search for a way back to the original world? It's all dependant on the player.

Published by Bandai Namco and set to be released on PSP and PS3 in 2011. The two games' save data will work together. It's also going to have full voicework.

Should be quite interesting.

The official site has opened with screens from the game as well as pictures of the deluxe pack.

It's confirmed to be released on 3/24/11. LEs cost 11,529 yen (PS3) and 10,479 yen (PSP). Normal editions cost 7,329 yen (PS3) and 6,279 yen (PSP).

Reservation bonuses are codes for a special costume theme from the Playstation store.

So is it about the story that Yuki wrote on the computer that we never got to see? It showed her turning on the computer and that's the first thought that came to mind. That would be intresting .

I really hope that it either comes here or that I somehow learn japanese to actually understand it in two months but I highly doubt either of them will happen .

According to the official site, the basic premise is one of Kyon returning to the "Disappearance" world. Spoilers below.

Apparently the "Disappearance" world has been cast loose from spacetime, and is stuck as a fragment without a past or a future. In order to save this other world, Kyon must jump back and forth through a 48-hour period with the aid of "Dimensional Bookmarks", which are basically "save points" that he can set up to take him back to particular moments without the risk of meeting his past self. (to use the "movie frames" analogy of time according to Mikuru, he would be rewinding time rather than jumping like the TPDD does)

Interesting...I wonder if it would add in an epilogue for Disappearance? Since they left out a, what I consider, pretty important part that explains who saved Kyon at the end.

Hardly in this game, since that's already covered in the prologue of Intrigues (volume 7).

So you're saying this game is set AFTER Intrigues'? If that's the case wouldn't they need to kind of explain it?

No, it's not set after Intrigues. I was saying that Intrigues' prologue is where the hanging plot thread you mentioned is resolved.
