Yeah, I have to agree...it's get a little weird and/or ridiculous to see a girl whose proportions are pretty well-known, only for them to end up exaggerated like that just for some extra eye-candy x_x.

Not that it's BAD on the eyes, mind you, but it just doesn't seem right sometimes...

That's true, each character has their own appeal. Though we gotta give them room so they can uh 'develop' a bit. Ahem...

I like Eve a lot too. Perhaps as much as Yami. I just watched Black Cat so long ago and Yami's character design is so drool-worthy. +what Yami lacks in development, she makes up for in demeanor. Yami can't develop much in her series, it's just not possible.
It's the only thing To Love-Ru got right.

I read the Black Cat manga ages ago and it's a personal favourite of mine (I own all 20 volumes). Eve's the one that started me on the path of the lolicon (though I was in denial back then)

I think To Love Ru got plenty of things right, though. I definitely enjoy it greatly.

No offense but Tea doesn't seem all that exaggerated there. It's just gravity at work; she's laying down with her back arched and her boobs aren't exactly restrained there, so they're gonna hang and from a front view, that's gonna make them look bigger than they are.
