well i have all the correct programs and codecs but when i play it its all the same with all the medias i have tried, such as divx, winamp, windows media, VLC. I keep getting a messed up play, the pictures and the sounds are off. Can someone please Help me PLEASE, THANK YOU in advance

The first question is.... Do you have more than one codec installed? e.g. Nemo and ffdshow? If yes, you have to remove one or the other. Go to your uninstall menu and remove all the codecs you see in your listing and follow the media guide and see if that helps.
