The last one instantly reminded me of that mysterious pokemon that you can only come across naturally while you are traveling around a specific area. Don't know how to make of the last pun.

It's Missingno, a glitch pokemon. You have to go to Cinnabar Island and surf up and down the right side of the island.

It increases the number of items in the 6th item of your inventory, great for farming Rare Candy and Masterballs.

The pun simply says : I only date girls who are missing no teeth.

Oh now that makes sense. Whenever I encounter the glitch pokemon, he has strange symbols for his name that makes me completely not understand the name at all.

Never knew that trick, I only wanted to mess around by finding this glitch pokemon just for the fun of it while I was playing.

Only work in Red and Blue versions, which I have. It also messes up your Hall of Fame for some reason, not that I ever cared.

It's not referring to the country. The character in the picture is named England. He's from the Japanese web-comic Hetalia: Axis Powers where all the countries of the world are personified.

I don't really get it though regardless.
