May I ask how you've made your icons like that and what OS you're using (guessing Win 7)? I've seen that sort of icon set a few times now and I want to test it out, it's a nice clean look.

Thank you, well the icons themselves are made for personal use by me, the OS is as you thought windows 7 and the only extra thing there is the Rainmeter which shows the date, i made a layout with photoshop which resembles a dock and i apply this to every wallpaper i use.
