Neo is quite fun but is more of a Negima fanservice... exaggerating many characters traits and all. I would agree with Keroko about calling it canon... I mean if I didn't know Negima I doubt I would like Neo.

Well it looks like Enigma cheated and translated the legendary chapter 29 ahead of everything else (LOLOLOL).

I expect over 9000 KonoSetsu fics to pop up as a result :/
