I'd say this kind of numbers are quite expected in this case, since Fractale is region-locked to NA-only. Viewcounts about shows available widely on CR would be a lot more interesting to see.

Even then that still wouldn't give a very good picture because CR doesn't stream free until 1 week after airing, while the torrents of CR rips are available immediately.

Well, I was mainly thinking about paid subscribers vs torrent downloaders, not about the free viewers.
