Not so with a scientific virus.

Virus have conditions and patterns too you know.

Distrupt the script of the program and the whole thing can fall apart. It's no different from a ritual or a chant where you have to follow a fix step and conditions.

Indeed, one of the concepts of this series is that data is data, whether it's about science or magic there are always some ways the have either side interpret data from the other side.

This one of the rare cases where magic tries to interpret science concept.

Wow, so many spoilers that I'm surprised one of the mods haven't come down hard on us all yet >.>

Anyway, my take on this ep:

Pros:
Accel awakening, black wings, and Railgun-ing Kihara.
Acqua showing up.
Great graphics in general.

Cons:
The segments didn't come together well... I mean, no explanation in anime about Hyouka's angel dust protecting the civilians?
And the hound dogs were pitiful, yes... but not to the point of unable to shoot a target when it's right in front of them. Just because it's Mikoto doesn't mean they had to make Hound Dogs absolutely worthless >.>

Still, a 9/10.

Come on, Mikoto always has an absolute defense zone around her.Anything happen inside that zone can't escape her notice so dodging bullets isn't that hard.

That was, admittedly, somewhat disappointing. We hear another sappy story by Vento followed by another preachy staw man bashing speech by Touma.

Accelators fight could've been done better aswell. I don't like how Kihara just completely ignored Index.

Vento's reason to fight is a bit weird, blame doctor and blame science?

and we get the standard single punch to end it all, again

on the other hand, Accelerator's awakening is better, of course Kihara can only blame himself for not breaking his hands and feet while he had the chance

Saint Kanzaki is the only one not beaten by Touma, i have high hope on this new saint

At that point, Vento's body would probably be screw up from all the blood she was puking, so this one hit finisher isn't so bad.

There must be a reason for that. Mikoto probably has a special forcefield deviating bullets and and other stuff. I think everyone here noticed she wasn't that concentrated during the battle
