i missed that there is a rule for name changed but can i get a deal? like this will be my last name change because im trying to unify my username across all sites i visit and i settled with this name request, im worried that it may be taken away by a new user if its not done earlier

Sorry, but that would be unfair towards those users who'd wish to do the same and whose requests have been denied for the same reason. Rejected. I'm afraid you have to come back on march 27, 2012 to request a new change.
