Does Kanzashi enter the acadamy and I had a feeling the council president would be one and Ran appears in which chapter

With this I think he's covered most if not all of the most common common bishoujo-game character archetypes:
1. houki - Childhood friend, Kendo-ka, violent temper
2. cecilia - Arrogant upper-class, big chest, bad cook
3. lingyin - childhood friend, token genki chinese girl, flat chest
4. charlotte - That One Nice Girl
5. laura - platinum-haired, eyepatch, social misfit (falls somewhere near the android type)
6. tatenashi - Sempai, oneesan
7. kanzashi - meganekko geek girl, imouto
8. ran - Kakyuusei (underclassman) with a crush, best buddy's sister

...have I got it right so far?

yes, except cecilia's chest is a little below houki's if i got it right

yes, kanzashi is already there, and ran is already in the anime (forgot episode)

It's not as readily apparent with Houki given she wears a Hakama when not wearing her uniform (most of the time). And unlike Houki, Cecilia relatively flaunts it.

right, so basically our chest-o-meter reads:

houki > tatenashi > cecilia > charlotte > ran = kanzashi > laura = lingyin

so there you have it, i'm not too sure about ran and kanzashi, but we'll place them there 'till season 2

Back on-topic: I've heard mention that the Light Novel Vol.4 is just a collection of antics from the cast. Was wondering if they might end up just making a one-shot OVA for it to cover those stories? Might work.

I mean, I don't see them passing up a potential cash-in on Charlotte's popularity. Wouldn't be the first time that a side chara (read: not the first or main girl) got their own one-shot.

and i will send the team in charge of the anime dead kittens every day for the rest of their lives if Volume 4 is not animated, it would be a crime against humanity
