What do archives hold?

They're basically drama CD's with fanservicey covers and character songs.

I'd really like it if they included character songs for Accelerator and Last Order. I've heard both of their seiyuu sing and they're pretty good.

Archives also have audio dramas with original plots.
One of those are in the Wiki, which involves a magical baby, a sadhu who controls a pair of chakrams and a magician who uses mantra to control animals.

If it's the same as the first season's set, then there should be 4 archives in total; my guess is that they would go like this:

1, Index and Touma
2, Mikoto and Kuroko
3, Orsola and Agnese
4, Last Order and Accelerator


Though it would be weird to see Last Order in a compromising situation on the cover...

I finally have the promo vid song! The slow pieces like Yoake and Tada Hitasura ni are beautiful, even though I don't remember hearing them in the series at all. Yoake reminds me a bit of Spirited Away's "Sixth Station".

Was the music when Accelerator first faced off against Kihara there? I don't think I actually heard it.

It appears to be some sort of an edited version of "Sokki Genten" from the first Index II OST. If you realized, parts where vocals are in the song are absent. You can try to do a comparison.

Oh, that's the song they used for the first Index Promo. Unfortunately it wasn't included in any of OSTs and wasn't used in the series, it's a great piece.
