Pretty sure there were four OVAs slated for release?

According to animenewsnetwork there are 15 episodes so most likely the next one is the last. *Sigh I hope they make a second season ASAP. This franchise has a lot of potential And I want to see Kuroneko vs "Belphegor"!!!
