I'm going to translate that as "The Sextet (who's) Deeply in Love" or "The Sextet Yearning for Love". Usually used as musical term of "member of six", and since it's an 'encore', I'm going to assume it's probably a music video lol, or Tatenashi is going to be the sixth member. Because I don't want to hear Ichika singing :P

Or, if it going to be OVA for volume 04, all I hope that the six will get equal share of screen time. I'm looking forward to Houki's Shinonono's shrine and her Kagura Dance and her bath scene thinking of Tabane

Sextet would probably refer to Houki, Cecilia, Rin, Charlotte, Laura and Ran (instead of Tatenashi) considering that they're the characters present in volume 4. And judging on the LN pictures, they all have scenes (pool battle, cooking battle, shopping for Laura's dress, festival, fireworks confession)

Edit: Didn't see that you already mentioned the "if it was volume 4 OVA part" so I guess you included Ran as the 6th already. And as for encore, they're probably just using musical terms but what they really meant is a simple follow-up to a previous performance. A musical would be hilarious though.
