You can resize it with any editing tool or zoom in. But Maryland is "Dub Only Region", Delaware is "Haruhi Region", New Jersey is "Naruto Region", Connecticut is "Goodluck Region", Rhode Island is "Chibi Region", New Hampshire is "Fan Service Region", Vermont is "Shounen Region".

Baccano! is an anime that takes place in Manhattan over many time periods, chief of which is the Prohibition era. It's also notable for having the Mafia as one of its main focuses.

Literally means "Hollow World," I believe.

Hueco means something along the lines of "Hollow" or "Empty", and Mundo just means "World." Pretty much makes sense when you recall the context of Bleach.
