I have a question, does anyone know if the Durarara! light novel had ever bin put on Audiobook? Because I can speak and understand a bit of Japanese. And I learned on the internet that listening to Audiobooks on Japanese, Story's etc etc. Can help you improve your Japanese. I also heard that watching non-anime TV series would also assist you in your improvement ones Japanese.

So I thought that maybe if someone knew, if I could get Durarara on audiobook or some other great light novel anime on Audiobook? Or do they even make Audiobooks of anime light novels?

I haven't heard anything on it myself. You should probably ask Anni since she has most info regrading the books that I know of.

Just galnced through vol 10 in bookstore yesterday. Mikado is far gone now. There's no longer trace of his goofy self from earlier volme and frankly, i don't like the current mikado

Considering that the manga is my first encounter with DRRR, I always thought of him as a scary person

I didn't think he was scary when I first read Durarara. It feels like he's a country boy stranded on a city that's willing to do something to change things around him, a kind boy with determination, yet goofy from being a country boy. But in the latest volume that I read, he change into a monster that's willing to use force to get what he want(the old dollar) and somehow he feels really scary.

Nope.

I've tried searching some other blogs for it, but only thing I found out was that Vol. 12 is rumored to be the final book. Anni is unfortunately too busy in RL to tell us either.

Nice XD. BTW, I reread the afterword of vol 10 and it seems Narita-sensei plan to resolve the dollar arc in vol 12 at the latest. After that, he sid he's going to either write about Celty's or Shizuo story, although he's not sure if the title of the novel is still going to be durarara.

tl;dr Durarara gonna end in vol 12

...And Baka Test is likely going to end in vol 11...

Well, on the bright side, there is a chance that the translation here can catch up to the releases

Really? I haven't read the afterword, I didn't feel that the story gonna wrap up soon from reading the main story. Well, I also don't think Durarara gonna end soon when reading vol 10 too until I read the afterword so maybe it can't be used as an indicator whether a series gonna end soon or not

Huh? Where?
I'm really curious on what's happening in vol 11 because I seriously don't know anything about what happened in it ._.
