What Fiamma meant, if you look at the sentence in context, was when Vento mock that his [Right Arm] had physically disintegrated and therefore supposedly can't use it's powers, Fiamma said that his power is not simply the creation and control of that [Right Arm] but the total symbolic power of the [Right] and promptly defeated her using his 'disintegrated' [Right arm].

But really, from a popular cultural standpoint, the strongest ancient warrior was Jesus, and Kamachi is just giving us his proof. I don't see how your example distracts from that.
