Btw, so far the power which wasn't mentioned yet is time control, just like teleporters moves themselves from point to point in the distance maybe Aogami #6 has some control over time like setting acceleration or the opposite to certain area or himself with several restrictions that make of him deserve that ranking.

1- Would accelerator's power work with time control ? well it's supposed to be a scalar quantity, but if it can be manipulated and changed like that it can be considered as a vector quantity, right? 2- if someone stopped the time and attacks him would he still be able to reflect it ? Considering REFLECT works even on relativistic speed it would be kinda strange to think that a mere human even if it's Accelerator could reflect UV rays (relativistic speed within the atmosphere) while performing a "vector identification" beforehand if his ability doesn't somehow breaks time's limits (or is it that ESPers' nervous system are FTL?) 3- it's just an assumption but since reflection works (supposedly in a strange way though) on teleportation abilities, then doesn't that mean the reflection field covers the 11 dimensions plane ? or does it just get reflected while appearing on the 3 dimensions plane like how Touma cancels Awaki's attack ? ... er ... it doesn't have anything to do with the previous subjects but I wanted to ask that for years Quote:

And then the whole PSP game's setting about a mage who could control time... Maybe it wasn't even a mage in the first place!
This is all Kamachi's fault! He knew we would disregard the notion, and then when he pulls it out we'd all go WHAT. But one mad scientist is the wrench in his dastardly plans!

My take for another amazing lvl 6 is stasis which is pretty much the opossite of accelerator, he control vectorial and escalar forces, this character would negate all momentum in short spartial manipulation.
While not as broken as time control per se s/he can simulate a time stop. |

I found this out by pure accident, but in addition to writing Index/Railgun and Heavy Object, it seems that Kazuma Kamachi is also writing the scenario for one of Square Enix's new game
