That's a lie. It's in volume 9, and class A decides to help Akihisa who came to school late because he got a fever. In the events of volume 8, class C and class F were in a summoning battle, but hijinxs ensued, so volume 9 was a continuation. Akihisa came back to school with a fever and was nearly spotted by class C, so class A hid him in (Yuuko thinks that Akihisa would be a good puppy, and Aiko teases her about it, saying the personality is why Hideyoshi's more popular than her). Class C was planning to get class B to challenge class A so that two different summoning wars would be held at the same time (Turns out Leotard-sempai's class C's rep in the club, so Leotard-sempai asked this Takagi-note volume 7 Q5- to come up with a plan to beat class 2-F.) Anyway, class C sent two people to spy on class A to check if Akihisa's there. One of them, a girl got lured by Kubo, and the guy got fooled by Shouko and Yuuko into thinking that they would be changing clothes (and then he got bluffed by Akihisa of all people...)

Anyway, volume 9 would be Akihisa's ultimate crowning moment of awesome thus far. Think Zhao Yun slashing his way through the Cao Forces just to get to Mizuki.

Doesn't look good for her. The wall-shokanjuu will most likely appear next episode because the principal wanted to use summoned beasts for test of courage time.

Nuh, I already translated that part. Kubo's and Miharu's summoned beast is the same, mayohi-gami. The reason is they lost their way in life and tries to drag other suffering the same fate as them(become yaoi/yuri).

Minami already lose anyway, Shimizu already declared it in anime that Akihisa treated her as one of the guys, not girls

Minami Nurikabe is fit her characteristic. She's been a wall of Akihisa and Mizuki relationship. Between the two, honestly, I see her as an irritating obstacle. Also a Generous-fist and pain-donator to Aki just like if you punch the wall with your fist.

That's my belief as well, the nature of the story itself allows for a threesome relationship, that's why I'm not going to worry too much about it.

On the other hand, I'm really interested to see if Tsuchiya and Aiko are going to go anywhere... As well as how many more times Yuuji can make Shouko fall in love with him over and over again. It'll be nice if Hideyoshi could earn some man points with any other girls, but I think he's destined to die alone...

If Baka To Test is the Hongkong comic, the ending would be Akihisa marrying both of them (Mizuki and Minami).
