Just a quick suggestion:

I think it would be better to quote or at least mention the name of the person you're addressing when you reply to them. Someone else might post a new request while you're in the middle of writing your post, and without a quote or name, you might inadvertently be giving the correct source to the wrong person.

I'm not sure, but this sounds correct since it looks more like CG art from a game than an anime cel.

There's no correct answer however, as the art there is from Rusty Hearts. You're bound to find similarities when it comes to anime characters.. This is just one of them.

Actually, to answer your question,she is "Ika Musume",which literally can be translated as "Squid Girl"
