A chef has been arrested on suspicion of killing his father-in-law, grinding up his flesh in a mincer and serving him in pies to customers in a popular cafe.
The human meat was allegedly on sale for three days in a cafe jut two miles from the Kremlin, in Moscow, Russia.

Somehow, the fact than I I don't know about the quality of the meat is more conserning me than the kind of it. Maybe because here restaurants and establishments are supposed to use only meats slaughtered by professionals in a inspected abbatoir...

-If there are 35 people or less died during a single accident, no one will be blamed.
-If the death toll is more than 36, someone must take responsibility.

That's why initially death tolls in China cannot exceed 35.

Not news at all, prisons are form of suppression, and suppression is delusion. Look at Norway and other European systems for answers.

That's a old new, but still, my current prime minister belive than criminal shoud spend longer sentences, even if it isn't effective and it will cost billions more.

The 40% statistic is a ruse. The debt leverage does not reside with the end consumer/buyer but with the developers and municipalities.

Meaning? The developers are the ones that will be ****ed instead of the consumers like in US. So long as the supply outstrips demand, the developers are the ones holding financial risk to the banks, which in turn control the nation's money supply.

The biggest problem I have with the prison system in America is that criminals in prison live better and more comfortable lives than most law-abiding citizens.
