Isn't Noburo Yamuchi the author himself? So it's true he's working closely on this This new season is looking better than expected.

They also inform that they going to release Zero no Tsukaima Kessakusen which are going to be episodes focusing with the best parts of the first 3 seasons.

I only approve two ending :
Saito went back to Japan with Louise and live happily ever after

or

Saito stay --> become a duke ---> marry Louise

lame ending... but I think it will be the best conclusion... lol

I rather Saito return to Earth ALONE, without Louise.

I wonder what light novel volumes they're going to use for the final season. I read on the ANN that the final volume (#21) got delayed due to the author needing to have surgery.

I read the novels on Baka-Tsuki and they are really entertaining. I can't wait to use if the author plans on making the series 1-13 like the previous ones, or extend it to give the fans happy and reserved.

All I can say is that I'm stoked for this, and I hope the author's condition (I forgot what it was) wasn't serious.

I heard the writer already finished his/her surgery... that's why they can confirm 4th season
Maybe I'll ask my friend to give me some link because he said that the last volume from light novel already confirmed as well

Will the PV for the new season come out next month? The PVs for Shana III and other shows currently airing came out 2 months before they started airing.

seriously doubt that...

But how the hell are they gonna fit 10+ volumes of material into a 12 ep series?? they'll have to leave out a crap load of material or make it at least 24eps

Well, if there's a season 4, I am looking forward to a possible PS2 game that comes later with it. xD

Yeah...no. ZnT isn't Escaflowne.

Ideally season 4 should have;

1. A decent plotline.
2. Less over-the-top fanservice.
3. Actual development between Saito/Louise that doesn't get erased in a tsundere explosion.
4. A happy ending.

Realistically though, #4 is about the only one that I could see happening.

I pray that they stay loyal and do a good job. The first season was much better than the following two.

My biggest hope is that this generates enough interest to get the remainder of the novels translated. I thoroughly enjoyed reading them.
