It's not about me being pessimistic, just cautiously advancing instead. They give hints that Yurin is related to UE somehow, her contact that soon will be a bond with Flit, and the ED indicate Emily route, so I'm just thinking Yurin fate won't be a good one.

I could be wrong, given they don't want to upset the younger audience.

Ah, okay, I didn't notice that part of the OP. Then again, OP and ED don't always show what will really happen in the series.

They don't, in a sense of "actual incident". However, sometimes the OP and ED do give hint about which way the plot/story will progress.

True, but assuming this series will have four OP/ED, the current ones might just be showing early relationship status. For now, Emily is of course the closest female friend Flit has. By the second, third, or fourth OP/ED, ... well, we'll see.

Logically, I think this time we will have only 3 OP/ED (unless they announced there will be 4, which I didn't hear about), pretty much the following 2 will be next generation.

Beside, putting Yurin next to his mother is never be a good sign, coming from Gundam, the franchise which its death flags couldn't be more obvious.

Besides, romances are very complicated to go in the long run and we might have Asemu and Kio's to go through. For now, I really don't expect it to go anymore than Emily's jealousy of Yurin whenever she pends time with Flit while all three of them are onboard the Diva.

You know, this three generations plot is probably what's been messing with me. I completely forgot how long a time span we're having with AGE.

I say they'll introduce a pink haired dudette (who'll be voiced by Chantal Strand in the dub) and that she will steal Flit's heart,thus dumping Emily,Yurin and destroying all of your theories.

They already did an expy for Sayla, I'm betting we'll have a Relena Expy for Asem's love interest and a Fllay Lacus Expy for Kio. if we're given the implications that some characters will resemble some well-loved ones by the japanese audience.

They did not play the card AT ALL. But given that Yurin Left without Emily noticing, I'm sure that it'll blow up by ep 5-6.

Anyway, I feel bad for Emily, assuming she would be Asem's mom. Yurin's stock has skyrocketted since she debutted last week, and this whole NT connection scene is going to bring Yurin' s fandom to another level. So theoretically, If Yurin dies, then all the hatred will be focused on Emily.
