I think if we're gunning for most regrettable losses, I'd vote for almost all of the STEINS;GATE cast. Poor Kurisu and Suzuha who could've gone as far as Lotte and Erica did if it wasn't for a few more votes (10 for Kurisu, 2 for Suzuha).
