Glad that you find it funny, but I have to disagree with "vulgarities and insults" part. It is quite purely satire, no more vulgar than the Daily Show with John Steward. Different from the Mystic Beast memes, this actually take real genius and effort. Here is the wiki page of the author.

Greece is a beautiful country, but you wouldn't trust it's government to manage an Eatery in a mall.

They'd prepare all the food without paying for it, runs out of ingredients and ask other vendors to bail them out.

In the interests of self-preservation-no one wants a closed down stall in the mall-the other vendors would chip in to prop up the Greeks' stall.

Before you know it, they've gone through the same routine again; eaten next door's Today's Special; still got the neighbour's dessert running down their chins and have been handed more outside cash than an illegal Bookmaker.

The other vendors promise to rescue the flailing stall one final time, on condition that they stop wasting more money than Qantas.

With the entire mall at risk, the Greeks accept the deal, but then decide to hold off, preferring to ask the customers for their opinion. shoot the breeze, discuss their team's chances at Euro 2012, re-watch Mamma Mia and bake a baklava.

So the Eatery goes under, the mall collaspses and the Greeks go back to doing what they do best: spending more than they save and entering really crap songs for the Eurovision Song Contest.

Those hedonistic Hellenic hordes know how to party, but would you honestly entrust theGreeks with your money ?

It'd be like leaving Colonel Sanders in charge of a chicken.

The word in question 你妹 (your sister) is just a net slang. It puts a somewhat humorous negation on other phrase. In the lyrics 你要下载下你妹: you want to download it? Not gonna happen.

Other examples :看你妹，in the net slang, it does not mean "look at your sister", instead a weaker " what are you looking at?" (aka, nothing to look at here!).

Baidu encyclopedia remarks that normal online usage of "你妹" is not derogatory, indeed in a war of curses people will not use such humorous words, instead they will just greet each other's mothers, which has much more firepower.
