From: Kara no Kyoukai 7th movie: Murder Study (Latter Part)
Time: 1:41:41 - 1:41:44 (don't remember the exact time but the scene is around that time)
Scene: Shiki activtates her Mystic Eye of Death Perception before killing Lio.

and

From: Last Exile~Fam, the Silver Wing~
Time: 0:54-0:56 of the OP
Scene: Dio fighting with an assassin
