Probably just a case of limited wardrobe. Accelerator wears the same white shirt for all his appearances and just puts a jacket over it during his trip to Russia. Likewise, Kanzaki wears the same exact clothes even if there are more appropriate ones for fighting. Ditto with most of the characters. I just hope they actually change clothes in the Hawaii arc since keeping their uniform on is a pretty blatant bullseye on you when you're trying to remain out of sight.

^ Actually, Kanzaki's clothes are the most appropriate ones for fighting given her magic style. Of course, that excuse is only valid for her case.

As for the uniforms, among those going to Hawaii, only Mikoto uses hers often (since it's a regulation form Tokiwadai) and you can see form the released cover that at least she'll be using a new outfit.

@ wilfriback - Considering Index's lessening amount of appearances? I'd say we weren't getting much nun service in the first place

did you read the translated volume? his using all his processing ability to do the computation for LO. So his reflection by that time was off due to he can't add that to his ongoing process. Take it like this. Accelerator might be the best brain in the world or in simple terms. It's a pc with a ram capacity and his at his limits. He can't open new programs because his already full.

Two things- firstly, wrong thread.

Secondly, base on my first observation I'm guessing you're not fond of reading so you probably didn't pick up the subtitles when Accelerator said that he can't redirect anything when he's focus on micro-level control.

I can't say I don't understand how you feel, but it's not like it doesn't make sense since he did say that he can't reflect the bullet while manipulating Last Order's brain.
