Just type in the tag [youtube][/youtube], and in between the tag, you place the code in your Youtube URL after v=.

So, for example, my link is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQkCAWqVPWs
Therefore, you place hQkCAWqVPWs between [youtube][/youtube] and...

Voila!
