火憐 = Karen (from Calendar)
月火 = Tsukihi (written in different Kanji stands for "days and months")
Both names seem madeup and both contain the kanji for "fire" (火) which is why they are called "Fire sisters"
暦 = Koyomi (lit. "Calendar")

Indeed, こよみ used as a name uses that kanji (azumanga daiou, yoku wakaru gendai mahou), but can also been written as 子／児黄泉 -> child of the netherworld or 子／児陰府 -> child on the path to the underworld, though that's just by interpreting the kanji, I have no idea if they are/were in use. Still they sound to me much more relevant for our charismatic vamp

Oh man, 5 more extra frames in this trailer! And pedo fanservice! And annoying sounding girls (we're focusing on those two, rather than the more colorful characters? Hey, they could develop them but Ehh...)

And they did away with Hitagi's hair, which was by and far the most redeeming aspect about her.

Well, I'm only in it for Kanbaru's ass and Mayoi making fun conversation. I understand my interest on the show doesn't correspond with other folks, but I think it could be interesting. Don't mind me.

and to a lesser extend Kisshot

so I guess it's worse for me

but then again, there is always Nadeko, Suruga, and Hitagi (probably will add Tsukihi soon) to fill-in the gap

I was under the impression that Tsubasa wouldn't appear at all in Nisemono, but even some cameo with Hot-chan's voice will be enough until Neko-monogatari gets animated and Kizu-monogatari gets a DVD/BD release
