Anybody know how Ichika fights? I'm writing Daydreams for Tatenashi right now and they're sparring in the firs part.

I know he used a real fighting style when he sparred with Tatenashi in Volume 5.

Side note - Man, I've been writing since yesterday with no sleep. I know if I sleep I'll lose all my progress somehow

For one-to-one fight scenes, you can try imagining a normal duel. Have each side get their chances to strike.

It doesn't have to be made such that it's a turn-based fight scene since people can do follow-up strikes(combos) even during a fist fight.

Just ensure not one person gets too much chances to land hits since it will make the fight appear one-sided.

Same goes for one-to-many(or vice versa) fight scenes. Not one person should have too much chances to hit multiple enemies without getting hit him/herself. (E.g Person 1 punches Person 2, Person 3 kicks Person 1)

That's gonna be an issue...

Then again, if Tatenashi's really that much of an OP person, just make sure Ichika gets some chance to land a hit(or try to).

If he's being practically thrown about like nobody's business, then that's another story...

If you're standing: Step on the attacker's foot. Thrust head backwards into the attacker's. He/She would be pretty much disoriented at the slightest by then for the other person to retaliate.

If kneeling: No liberty of foot stepping, so thrusting your head backwards is the best bet unless your other arm is long enough to at least elbow the attacker's body.

If prone: Unless the victim has immense strength or is a flexible athlete, there's no way one could get out of this. (none that I know of anyway)

As for Romance, yeah... I can agree with that since you're dealing with canon characters whereas mine is basically among two OCs and Cecilia, who's also a canon character.

Still, I'm pretty sure Box would have an idea of how the canon characters would react in such situations.
