But most of all, I think I'm definitely gonna get a 360 and that game (if it comes out in English *PRAAAYYYSS HARD*)! IT WILL BE MY FIRST 360 GAME!

I would rather not be infected by Cure, cause it's the only way everyone from the incident survives. Getting immortal and seeing everyone you cherish and die, only to love more people and see them die again in an "endless waltz" is far from what I want to live. Takeshi and Tsugumi have on thing, they'll be together forever, however, they'll see Sara and Hokuto grow old and die, and their little children, and their little-little children...

I'd rather just die when the time for it comes. Cure is awesome on the surface, but there's a reason why Tsugumi was so hesitant about giving it to her beloved ones. You have two choices once you get it:

- Remain human and feel the emotions that I protrayed above
- Detach yourself from humanity so that you don't get any affection to those close to you, so you will never suffer from people dieing... but then, is that really human? Being alone forever?

As you see, I don't think I'll head there to get Cure....

But then, there is a glimmer of hope for Tsugumi and Takeshi. Perhaps that there will be a way to find a "cure" to Cure. After all, science keeps going on and on forwards...

Yeah, It's not really great... I will enjoy the cure virus, until I bored of this world (which I already actually)... I want to know how I will see humans if I am standing in a higher position than humans

Meh, I myself dont see too great of a problem with it seeing as Im already slightly sociopathis as it is :P I wouldnt have too much of a problem seeign my family and such die off, but if I really wanted to couldnt I just give someone cure a la Tsugumi? Either way being immortal would have the main perk of not dying and I'd get to stick around untill the world ends, Ive always wanted to watch the world burn XD At any rate why would Takeshi and Tsugumi want to cure Cure? I see no reason to for them since Takeshi's already lost all his friends and such from before the incident and doesnt seem to care (hey I probably wouldnt either just look at Tsugumi XD) and besides Sora, Kaburaki, Coco, and Older You are all immortal aswell so they can chill together forever I dotn see whats so bad for it. As for Hokuto and Sara yes they dont have Cure and will die off but hilariously since theyre technically human-Cure hybrids that makes them the same as Ligers in the sense that they're most likely sterile like any other hybrids in nature are. So as far as killing myself off eventually I dotn think I'd do it, it'd probs hurt too muc for my tastes XD and since Im Agnostic/Athiest anyway I dotn want to be right or wrong about death and all. (also if Im talking about going to Lemu anyway I could always just bring someone with me who I'll see the end of the world with/hope that Takeshi doesnt actually exist and steal away Tsugumi XD (Not that Im anywhere close to as much of a bishonen as Takeshi))

Of course it makes it go away but you can still get the lovely symptoms before everyone figures out about Tsugumi's blood and gets the Cure virus. So still a period of misery. Bleh.

Mostly because it wouldnt be that bad, I mean really it's not like you're telling me that I'm going to be run through with a sword or lose massive amounts of blood via getting the crap beaten outta me, I'll just be deathly sick for a day or two, nothing compared to never dying (or until the world explodes which would be worth it already) you're just weak :P gotta weight the advantages against the disadvantages, immortality plus other perks like meeting Takeshi and Tsugumi vs. Lemu incident and TB for a little while

Anyways... I just got to read the manga and it's stuck at 2 chapters. shuckers.
And Ever17 should get its own anime... alongside G-Senjou No Mao, these are the 2 Visual Novels that I'm most surprised didn't get any adaptation, even though they are FCKING EPIC.

everyone will know that kaburaki isn't takeshi... and hokuto isn't the kid kaburaki... the manga is still acceptable (without color, everyone can be made look alike). I'm still wonder how they're going to make kaburaki/hokuto... in the manga. And yeah... according to Ever 17, that means we're in a 4th dimension thingy? since black winkel isn't a 3 dimensional being. Now that I think about it, anime characters always think (IF they can freely think...) that they're in 3rd dimension, so dimension itself is relative? (my mind is getting messed up because of einstein relativity theory) forget the last part of this post actually... it's a non sense

So I was thinking of checking out the original PC version, and a bit of snooping around on the internet showed me that there were a couple of fan made patches since the game's release. Are any of these recommended before I start playing?

I have no freaking clue which one I used because my friend set it up for me on my comp, but I will say you do need to play this thing as its freaking awesome XD (not that it looked like you weren't going to anyway)

The typo fixing patch. It's an absolute must have, as it fixes an accidental spoiler that's revealed too early in the game's translation.

I've been pushing my friend to play this as she loves complicated stuff. But then she has a Mac and doesn't want to do a partition. Maybe in a year or two she'll get to enjoy this...
