It's impossible for the next year or so.
Remember that J.C. should be focusing right now with Index (which replaces Shakugan no Shana as the studio's flagship adaptation series), and considering how much money has been invested in the franchise well after Railgun's last episode, it means that smaller series might get ignored for the meantime.

Lol JC Staff isn't like KyoAni or Shaft that only has 2 shows per year.

They're still gonna need some smaller titles to fill the slots for Spring and Summer.

Few weeks ago Akamatsu the author said in his twitter that news regarding second season is still a secret. I'm sure there will be another season I mean why did he say a secret if there won't be.

I've gotta know, does Kinji's "I just want to be normal" attitude change at any point in the untranslated volumes? I get why he doesn't want to live a life where gunfire is normal and all, but frankly it's kind of annoying to hear him complain about it so much. He's a really good character but that's the one thing about him that annoys me.

^his view changes on as he accepts his teammates but the fate is making a fool out of him which make his dream to live a normal life come true but the truth is harsher because it only shows how different he is from normal people which helps him to accept who he really is.
