The main problem for Akeno and Koneko is most of their scenes and progression with Ise don't happen until much later than Asia and Rias so unless the anime skips a ton of material just to make them act lovey with Ise, beyond Akeno's normal teasing anyway, we likely won't see any of it until a second season. The first two volumes are basically Asia and Rias after all.
