It could also mean something completely unrelated, such as Amata's son taking over the project or Amata's son getting in the way of reopening the project; all of this after Yuriko was taken out of the equation.

My last name has 2 kanji letters, my first name has 3.

The surname Kihara (木原) has 2 kanji letters. If Accel was indeed a Kihara and Amata is indeed Accel's father, the only way Accel (and us the readers) won't know that is if his memories were altered, a la K-Dash from King Of Fighters.

Accel's first name is said to have 3 kanji letters, but it's still yet unknown.

Unless Accel really is Yuriko Suzushina.
