There's another manga adaptation which is announced to be published in Shounen Ace. It will drawn by ringo. The other one is a spinoff called Date A Strike.

Well, although she's a spirit she's still a girl. So jealousy is a given.

Jonathan at BT is translating it faster than the average.

But the thing is that this got only 1 volume published in Chinese, so he will probably have to wait if he manages to finish Volume 1 (which I don't even doubt about it).

I don't know if they live in his house (though that would be awesome), but Valky already answered that they stay. So it's a growing harem of super-beautiful girls who can destroy the world. lol poor lucky bastard
