Trolling till the very end. That's just how Gintama rolls

For those who haven't done so yet, get caught up on the manga. Sorachi's kicking the plot into overdrive and going full throttle. And you can bet that the anime team is just frothing at the mouth to adapt it.

I will no doubt miss my weekly dose of humour, but I guess I will just watch Gintama from scratch.

Started watching this last Summer. Took half of the Summer to catch up, but it was worth it.

Shame we'll have to wait a while. Mondays are not going to be as epic without Gintama.

NOOOOO! Gintama is really over... for now.

Although I saw it coming, that they're just trolling with that preview, part of me wishes it wasn't and they will start making filler episodes instead of taking a break.

Oh well, I think I'm just going to watch the older episodes again.

They should do repeats but add character commentary. It would save on budget, plus there currently isn't enough material from the manga to cover a whole season (unless the writers already have original material in mind).

Or they can do more wacky live-action adventures with the Gin mannequin and Shinpachi's glasses
