Children would be regulated of course... absolute worst-case would have men being raised as nothing more than breed stock. We wouldn't probably even get to enjoy it - genes would be spliced, rearranged and whatnot to give the female the best compatible baby for her type...

...okay maybe not THAT bad but hey, it could happen.

Well, bad future's somewhat like this. Only difference is most guys are officially 2nd class ever since PT all but took over.

Side note - How would raping work? They'd probably just kill themselves and you can't have sex with someone who's panicking and not turned on.

You certainly haven't read Ooku - Inner Chamber.

There's a trope for that, "It's not Rape if You enjoy it". When Deconstructed, that's when your body betray your heart and sane mind. It's kind of defense mechanism to minimize mental damage...

As for Parthenogenesis, that's like combining two eggs into one, so nope, no degradation, but all you have is female babies, no male in sight.

Cloning is worse in that you only have one genetic source with shortened telomere, rapid aging and short lifespan ahoy.

I'm not sure about that, this always been the main problem of cloning in virtually any Sci Fi Show, not even in a show where genetic manipulation is easily achieved like Gundam SEED.

Vandread might be an exception.

No, I mean he still appear male, but genetic wise he's a female, but since he has male body and double X chromosome, it's impossible for him to have a kid in normal way (since he can't produce sperm)
Because that's what happened in Charles case in Sacred Twins...
