Now that I got a full view of Yukiya's face he is a cross between Suzaku and Rolo. Damn thats epic.

If Rolo isn't going to be in this please let Takahiro Mizushima voice this character. T_T

Bandai's plans these days are a tad unpredictable so I won't rule anything out. After all look at how they're handling Yamato 2199? It's a "TV series" of 26 episodes, but it is being released as theatrical events and DVD/BDs instead. The lack of information on this is kinda odd though.

There are plans for a 25 Episode series. The first episode in an OVA. At least that's according to the official word about the new series. I doubt that one episode will cover an entire series like Code Geass.

Official word from where? I haven't seen or heard anything like that at all. Have they announced something I missed?

They're saying "Summer 2012", which seems to indicate they haven't even locked down a month yet.

it seems like the director has enough experience under his belt to be the director for this CG OVA and i listened to some rahxephon OST to get a feel of how ichiko hashimoto does her music. i'm expecting some great things from this OVA.. and hoping this paves the way to more code geass anime. guilty crown made me feel the same way just watching the trailers before it aired and looked how that turned out!
