I hope this is of help to find the anime this girl is from.

I know that this is old question, but I had to post my answer since I finally found what this is. I used think that this was impossible to find, but I was randomly browsing my some old Megami magazine today and there it was!
It's game called Kikou Heidan J-Phoenix and there's this OVA by J.C. Staff (official page / MAL).

Hope this still helps someone somehow

Adding on, but the blue-hair is probably from Muv-Luv, and the purple from Touhou.

Similar to what Chiibi said about Honoka, Patchouli was never officially... endowed that big either.

Looking for the title of the anime that featured a shortlegged red robot which is operated by a cute girl.
The ED had aerobics in it and ended with an upside down lensflare crotchshot, Supported by a big old MARVELOUS shout.
It also featured a streetfighterstyle battle vs a giant rice cooking device.
