Probably. Anime generally doesn't like to be so up-to date compared to the novel.

Chris arc end at vol 7 right? So I guess they'll end it there. And then we'll wait another year for 3rd season.

3rd season won't happen for a while. The LN is about to end the 3rd arc with the Queen Of Maso shojo when vol. 10 comes out. so until vol 12 or 13 comes out there probably won't be a 3rd season. Hopefully the anime won't take the path of ZnT with a lot of rushing and non-relevant filler.

edit: when does the queen make her first appearance,at the end of vol 7 or in vol 8?

after all i think meet nene and other event like make doujin,goukon and many more is intersting and important if only 10 can it cover 4 volum novel?

Yeah only 10 episodes + episode 11 that will be released with vol 6 of the manga. And isn't 3 vol not 4? The first season covers arc 1 (vol 1-3), 2nd season cover arc 2( vol 4-7), and 3rd( if made) covers vol 8-10.

What are you talking about? 4-7 is 4 volumes (4,5,6,7).

While it is 4 volumes, it's not like they will do all 4 volumes in 10 episodes. I believe some of it already aired in the first season and OVA, like when they sing at the pool or when Seras learn to cook and asked Saras her secret recipe only to be taken by Haruna, or the event at school (Speed Card Picking or whatever it's name) with Hiramatsu's introduction as one of the heroine and Saras's (Ayumu's)ass-loving confession.

Right, sorry about that I had a brain fart and was falling asleep when writing that. I think the OVA covered about half of vol 6. So it's 3.5 volumes instead of 3. I was off by .5 . I will lol if they animate the scene with Haruna hugging the bear.

Some possible OVA contents in KwZ. But my bet is that DEEN will twist the story a bit to fit 4 volumes in a season.

That's what I think everyone is afraid of. If they do that then the content will suffer as compared to the novel which has good content and is well written. This leads to them butchering the important and well planned story line in the anime like with ZnT. The first season they pretty much followed the novel; seasons 2 & 3 the deviated from it; and the final season they butchered it completely by rushing past the important bits and jumping around the content from the remaining 7 vol of the novel (although the author may die before he finishes writing it).The last thing that I want is for them to do that to this LN because of how interesting and entertaining the story is. I swear sometimes I wish they would wait for a ln series to have at least 10-12 published volumes before they make it into an anime so that there is no need improvise or alter the material. I end my rant there as I don't want to start anything going out of control and because I may have broken a few rules.(sorry MODs )

ZnT F's ending was just horrible. You can't compare that.

Personally, I think that the anime shouldn't deviate much as long as the novel is leading. I think what happened with ZnT is that they rushed to do more and more animation...and it kinda failed.

Also, DEEN might be bad for some people, but it's no JC.

I am not trying to compare them. The last part of the final episode was okay. The way the rest of the season played out was too rushed. However, I'm not too upset because the author has been in the hospital with pancreatic cancer, and surgery. That means there is,was, no guarantee that he would finish the novels before he died which is not the case for this author. So hopefully they don't deviate too much. Do LN authors work with the animators/companies when they make the anime? If not then they should to avoid deviation.
